Today we'll do simple music survey I found online, because it's easy, and because I like surveys and music. If you want to fill it out yourself in the comments, I'd love to hear your own answers.
Did you play in the school band?
Band, no. I was in the orchestra from fourth grade up, playing my dear little cello to my heart's content.
Do you sing in church choir?
Off and on, yes. Right now I do. It really depends on how much time I have and how willing I am to stomach the others there.
What is your favourite song right now?
Right now? Um... "Paradise" by Coldplay.
What are your favorite lyrics?
Favorite lyrics. Um. A lot of the reason I'll choose a fave song is for the lyrics, so if I tell you I like a song, it's probably got some of my favorite lyrics in it. Unless it's a movie score track, obviously.
Who's your favorite band?
Who's your favorite solo artist?
Oh, geez. Uh, Demi Lovato, maybe?
What's your favorite musical (theatre)?
I've never seen a musical live in theater. I'll admit that.
What's your favorite musical (movie)?
The Phantom of the Opera is one of my favorite movies in general.
Have you ever belonged to a mail order music club?
I've never really thought about that kind of thing.
Do you still have your old tape collection?
I'm only 18, people. I have a lot of CDs, and even more tracks on my computer/iPod. But no tapes.
Do you let your friends borrow your music?
That's sort of illegal nowadays.
If you were stranded on a desert island, what CD would you take with you?
Oh golly. I would have to take one of the last Harry Potter scores I think, because scores are my creative push, and I love Harry Potter. I would really, really hate to have to pick, though.
That's that for today! See you next week! *Wednesday's post has been removed.*
I'm an unpublished novelist, primarily of YA fantasy, and a freelance editor. I love psychology, cats, social justice, and love! I'm also a huge fangirl. More than anything, stories are my life.
