1) Publish one of my novels.
Well, obviously this is my life's goal. Frankly, if I only manage this first little bucket list thing, just publishing one novel, I'll probably be upset.
2) See one of my books become a movie.
This one I'm excited about. This would mean I really got to about the level I want to be. Bestselling and cool enough to have a movie. Plus, I really like movies.I think I've talked about this. Trailers, scores, stories, all of it.
3) Sing in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
When I'm really old and retired and no kids and stuff, since I'm Mormon and I love to sing and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir is one of the greatest choirs in the country, I'd love to have one of their two-year stints. It'd be really cool. Of course, it would require a lot of skill.
4) See a musical live in person.
Yeah, yeah, I know. I'm pathetic for not having seen one when I'm, you know, a music major and everything. But I'm just a deprived child, OK??
5) Play cello with Steven Sharp Nelson.
He's my cello idol, the cellist in The Piano Guys, who is very gifted and funny and just great. I feel like it would be awesome to meet him, and even awesomer to play something with him.
6) Play "Pas de Deux" from The Nutcracker with an orchestra.
This is my favorite classical (technically Romantic era) piece ever, and I want to play it so badly. It doesn't work for solo cello, let me tell you. You need that full-on orchestra sound. I consider this one of the best romance tracks ever. I use it a lot when I'm writing.
7) Meet one of our LDS prophets.
I've been alive for three of them so far. I figure I should meet at least one in my lifetime. It seems like the thing to do. Our current prophet, President Thomas S. Monson, is a likeable, funny guy
That is that for my little bucket list! I'll probably add on to it in the future, but I'm happy. Got any ideas of your own?

In news, I'm still intensely editing #ProphecyStory. Once I'm done, I'll send out to critique partners. Then the next step is writing the query letter (oh, yeah, and going back to college. Bleh. Homework.) Pitches are hard. This should be interesting.
Also, question of the week, why have sloths suddenly gone viral? I swear, there are pictures of sloths everywhere on the Internet all of a sudden.
