Hello! It seems like a good time to post an update on my life as told through "-ing" verbs.
Eating: almond butter and pretzel crisps
Drinking: ye old water
Wearing: a black sheath dress
Smelling: my current favorite perfume, Secrets to Keep
Reading: Golden Son by Pierce Brown
Writing: nothing in particular
Editing: CUCUY, still, but I swear it's almost ready for beta readers
Making: a new social media schedule
Listening: to a video about writing idols from WriteOnCon 2019
Earworming: "Wrecking Ball" by Miley Cyrus, who knows why
Watching: WriteOnCon 2019 videos!
Bookmarking: most recently, Gail Carson Levine's blog
Playing: June's Journey on my phone
Looking: at the kitty lying on my bed
Wanting: my headache to let up
Wishing: it wasn't so hard for me to maintain a regular human sleep schedule
Waiting: for snacktime
Admiring: how diverse and individual writing styles can be
Enjoying: June's Journey has really caught my attention lately
Hoping: for success in my business and writing goals this year
Wondering: how to make the best of my situation as a chronically ill person
Pondering: the unpredictability of life
Marveling: at how fast time seems to pass
Knowing: if I woke up earlier, it wouldn't seem as fast
Needing: more structure in my life
Following: most recently on Twitter, Mackenzi Lee
Feeling: a little out of sorts, but all right
So that's it for today! I'll see you next week with my summary of this year's WriteOnCon.
