YES, MY PRETTIES! VALENTINE'S DAY IS ALMOST HERE! GUESS WHAT? THIS IS MY SECOND FAVORITE HOLIDAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!
Yeah yeah, I know. Everyone else hates it. Well too bad. *blows raspberry* I'm a romantic, and I will have my celebration.
Honestly, I've never before been in a relationship during Valentine's Day (or at all...). I love this holiday because I believe in love, not only romantically but among friends and family and the whole freaking human race. Valentine's Day to me is a celebration of that, along with all things girly, and therefore it makes me ridiculously happy. I find it necessary to wear a pretty dressy thing in either white, pink, or red, and walk around being cute and happy the whole day.
So now, you must all suffer through my tribute to Valentine's Day. MUAHAHAHA.
For those of you still doing this right now:
Love, in all of its forms, is the most powerful and wonderful force in the world. My books revolve around this concept. Most books revolve around this concept. And if it's in literature, it has to be true. So take the day off from your sulking and celebrate what it is to be human! It doesn't have to be romantic, I'm telling you. Live for the love of your family, your friends, God, whatever. Just try it. I promise it'll be worth it.
YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO.
So happy Valentine's Day! I love you all, and I wish I could be with you today. Do please come back next week for 25 things about me! I bet you're excited. I am!
